My first Audax - 300km in Dumaguete

When 2022 started, I decided that I was going to try joining more events.

I realized that the stuff I loved doing was long days on the saddle. Fortunately, one of the first bike events that opened up was by Audax Philippines.

They are the group organizing Audax rides all over the Philippines. 

Audax is a cycling sport in which participants attempt to cycle long distances within a pre-defined time limit. Audax is a non-competitive sport: success in an event is measured by its completion.

The 300km Dumaguete route was tough, but that's why we do stuff like this, we just want to see if we can do it.
